Founder Tanya Maynigo has been a passionate foodie, obsessed with kombucha and in love with her boxers for over two decades.
In 2013 Tanya, a seasoned home brewer, accidentally made over 15 gallons of kombucha that could not fit in her fridge. She and her brindle boxer puppy, Guinness began giving it away to friends they met on their walks throughout the neighborhood. Word spread quickly about her new style kombucha and soon after she started a small neighborhood brewery.
The demand was so great, she moved to a larger space and opened the city’s first kombucha bar. She grew a devoted fanbase of not only the health-driven but of award winning chefs and the culinary community.
Modern and stylish, Brindle Boxer Kombucha was created as an enjoyable compliment to any meal. It is dry and sparkling, reminiscent of champagne.
Most of all, Brindle Boxer Kombucha honors and celebrates her co-founder Guinness. His playful and friendly spirit is with her always as she continues this incredible adventure that they began together.
